[Edit] You know what? Screw it. I saw this one at work today, and I wanted to submit it as soon as i came home, thinking it was newer. Man I was wrong. Anyways, turns out there was A LOT of confusion on the particular subject, and I am the only one I know of around here that can answer the questions posed in the comments.
