I still think peanut butter is great (especially Peter Pan, which is lamentably not available in Canada), but in a fluffernutter, almond butter has a richer, more satisfying flavour.
I am a fan of sandwiches and I would love to try your fluffernutter with or without almond butter...

not too funky although they do add rapeseed oil and soya oil.
Is Laura Scudders All Natural a solid PB? I tried some organic PBs but they had oil on top.
How much sugar is there in fluffernutter?
Like cashew butter and sesame butter/paste too..mmmm
