I've come up with a few ideas for maintaining the community experience on the sift while reinforcing quality control:

- Write a blog post about a member's best videos -- Verbose bookmarks!
- Write a topical video blog using old sifts -- Annotated playlists!
- Write a review of several queued or pqueued videos
- Cross-linking: Relate similar posts and content in your video descriptions
