Oh, I'm not under the impression that it's not hotter elsewhere... It's usually sunny and 78 here most of the year, if I lived in Kuwait I would expect it be 114 to 120 during the summer.
Actually this heatwave compared to my summers growing up in North Carolina are nothing, because there you have HUMIDITY, evil soul stealing HUMIDITY.
