1 - Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
The first random wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.
3 - Go to http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days
Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4 - Use PhotoShop or similar (I used Picasa 3) to put it all together.
UPDATE: There is a flickr group that is collecting these album covers and you can see some other insprired works there, or join and upload yours!

this photostream. he does use edited versions of the pictures, but its pretty amazing stuff.
(there's also a nice 'battle' idea there, that might be fun to try on the sift -> "You have 24 hours to build a cover with these. (the random bandname, title and image) After the 24 hours the round ends and one of the competitioners is the winner. The winner gives the new cover, title and name for the next round")
